I am Legend - Review

Score: 2 stars out of 5 * *

About the movie:
Robert Neville (Will Smith) is a brilliant scientist, but even he could not contain the terrible virus that was unstoppable, incurable...and manmade. Somehow immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York City...and maybe the world. But he is not alone.

He is surrounded by "the Infected"--victims of the plague who have mutated into carnivorous beings who can only exist in the dark and who will devour or infect anyone or anything in their path. For three years, Neville has spent his days scavenging for food and supplies and faithfully sending out radio messages, desperate to find any other survivors who might be out there.

Neville is driven by only one remaining mission: to find a way to reverse the effects of the virus using his own immune blood. But Neville knows he is outnumbered and quickly running out of time.
Theme:
Not learning to forgive for your past mistakes for so long can eventually cause a person to lose their faith in a God who is forgiving. When Neville found a female survivor, she told him that God told her to go up north because that's where the unaffected virus free people are living and she ask Neville to come with her. But he refuse to believe.
Comments:
After watching this movie, I like the built up suspense which put the audience on the edge of their seats but the plot was ruin by the way it simiply ends (I can't tell you the ending. You'll either have to watch it or email me if you want to know how the movie ends). A disappointing ending to say the least about the way the movie quickly tries to resolve the issue with the virus outbreak that affected the whole earth population.
